my friends call me izzie. i like to write songs. i'm an artist. i have a lot of homes.

i'm fascinated by the ordinary and familiar with pain, but can't stop talking about hope. i write about Jesus's radical love and faithfulness in the midst of my struggles, and occasionally about road ragers and june bugs.

i love stories. i think it's pretty cool that i get to be a part of one. i hope my music can meet you where you are and help you see the beauty in yours.
